Stuffing Cookies Recipes
Ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 cup packed brown sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup chocolate chips
– 1 cup any flavor of your choice for stuffing (e.g., peanut butter, Nutella, caramel)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Take a scoop of cookie dough (about 1-2 tablespoons) and flatten it with your hands. Place a teaspoon of your chosen stuffing in the middle of the flattened dough.
8. Wrap the dough around the stuffing, making sure it is completely covered. Roll it into a ball shape and place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
9. Repeat with the remaining cookie dough and stuffing until all cookies are formed, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
11. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
