Recipes Oreo Cookies Cake

Oreo cookies cake is a delicious and indulgent dessert that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and cream. This recipe is perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a birthday party or a casual gathering with friends. The combination of soft cake layers and crunchy Oreo cookies creates a delightful texture that will satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
– 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup milk
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 1 cup boiling water
– 20 Oreo cookies

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium speed until well combined.
4. Reduce speed to low and slowly add the boiling water to the batter. Mix until just combined. The batter will be thin, but that’s okay.
5. Split the Oreo cookies in half, keeping the cream filling intact. Place the cream-filled side of the cookie facing up on a cutting board.
6. Pour a small amount of cake batter into each prepared cake pan. Place one Oreo cookie, cream side up, onto the batter in each pan. Cover the cookies with the remaining batter.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Remove the cakes from the oven and allow them to cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Then, transfer the cakes to a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Once the cakes are completely cool, frost the top of one cake layer with a generous amount of Oreo cream. Place the second cake layer on top and frost the entire cake with the remaining Oreo cream.
10. Crush 4 Oreo cookies and sprinkle the crumbs on top of the cake for garnish.
11. Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
