Recipe: Chicken Sisig

Instructions:
In a pan, heat cooking oil and butter.
Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent and fragrant.
Add the shredded chicken and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until the chicken is lightly browned.
Add the chopped chili peppers and continue stirring for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and calamansi juice. Mix well and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add the mayonnaise and mix until all ingredients are well coated.
Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
Pour in the beaten eggs and stir continuously until the eggs are cooked and coated evenly with the chicken mixture.
