Pepper Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
– 500 grams of assorted meat (beef, goat meat, or chicken)
– 2 tablespoons of ground pepper
– 1 tablespoon of ground crayfish
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon of curry powder
– 2 seasoning cubes
– Salt to taste
– Water
– Fresh herbs (scent leaves or basil), chopped (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash the assorted meat thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the assorted meat to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Pour enough water into the pot to cover the meat, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 1 hour or until the meat is tender.
5. Add the ground pepper, ground crayfish, dried thyme, curry powder, seasoning cubes, and salt. Stir well to combine.
6. Continue to simmer the soup for another 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
7. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
8. If desired, add chopped fresh herbs to the soup for extra flavor.
9. Remove the pot from heat and serve the pepper soup hot.
