Pakora Recipe Chicken

– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
– 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
– 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
– Salt to taste
– Water for batter
– Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients and whisk until you get a smooth batter. The batter should neither be too thick nor too thin.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the batter and mix well, ensuring that all the pieces are coated with the batter. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium heat.
5. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the marinated chicken pieces one by one into the hot oil. Fry them in small batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
6. Fry the chicken pakoras until they turn golden brown and crispy. This will take approximately 5-6 minutes per batch.
7. Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried chicken pakoras from the oil and place them on a kitchen towel to absorb any excess oil.
8. Repeat the frying process with the remaining chicken pieces.
