Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipes
Ingredients:
– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 cup packed brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 2 large eggs
– 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture and mix until just combined.
6. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
7. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
10. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
